Wow! Great service, very organized and even there were a lot of people the LTO personnel were making sure all papers were processed efficiently. LTO even had a TV showing comedy shows to entertain people while we wait to renew our license. I think this is a great service to ease the tension of people while waiting. Recommend this be applied to all government offices servicing and processing regular requirements for its customers like NBI, SSS, LTO, etc.

LTO renewal office should open at 9. I was there by 8:45 and the 19th in line. Health check was the first part, and they only started this at 9:20 and it was just to hand out papers for filling up. Took me close to 3 hours to get my license, because I was told they ONLY had 1 computer for encoding and there were a lot of senior citizens who had to go first. Staff was noisy and talking about food and other things. Absolutely inefficient and a waste of time.

For almost a year,until now wala pa rin license ng hubby ko.keep on contacting their phone # indicated in the receipt,but it was always either wrong # or not accessible

Most expensive vital signs i ever had. Has only one encoder personel who has probably a typing speed of 25-30 wpm. It wouldve been a faster process if they had more than one encoder

PSA as of October 6, 2017: This LTO branch is CLOSED due to "internet repairs" and something else. -_- we are redirected to different branches such as the one in Marikina and Quezon City.
