Always a fast service compared to other LTO branches. Though you cannot process your Student-to-Non Pro license here. Only license renewals, car registration and application for student license.

The service was fast but beware of the insurance company inside going to emission testing. One of the requirements for the renewal of registration is TPL Insurance. They ask too much price. They would let you pay 750 without asking first if you'd want it or not. As if you have no choice. As far as I know, it only cost's 300-350Php. So beware.

This LTO is open during pandemic. It is better to make an appointment in person for emission tests. The queue without appointment is long, takes 10mins for each car so 6 cars ahead will be 1 hour of waiting. An appointed day will be on first come first served basis, be early too.
