Crowded, no social distancing despite the pandemic. I managed to renew my car's registration within 2 hours (9am to 11am) despite the number of people aiming to have their registration renewed thanks to some helpful inspection aide and the online scheduling through the LTO website. I'm giving it 3 stars only due to the fact that I was taken care of a helpful inspection aide when I was asked about the process of renewal.

I wish there are signs to direct the applications for student permit, renewal, motor vehicle registration, etc. It's better to go around 3:00 PM since it's no longer too crowded.

Must use Queue number instead of making people queue outside without any roof on their heads. Technology is Not advancing here in this government institution. Very poor minds.
