Air-conditioned place and less people in the afternoons. They have the medical checkup team next door so that was convenient.

One of the best LTO district offices in the Metro. From the stencil guys to the guards on duty to the office staffs and management/officers, everyone perform their roles efficiently. They're accommodating, courteous and organized. They exemplify the true hearts of a public servant. Kudos to the leadership of ARD Pamela B. Gervacio.

Took me 7 hours and 14 minutes to finish renewal of vehicle registration during GCQ. Lining up for emission testing took 3 and a half hours but LTO has no control over it since the testing centers are private. One testing center has a \special lane\ to those who gives facilitation fee to the staff.

Fixers are rampant with no parking lot. LTO service for car registration renewal is so slow took us more than 2H and take note we have complete documents with us Emission test, TPL and stencil already.

Lack of emission testing centers contributed to the overall process of renewing your car registration. It adds 3-4 more hours in your process. Pricey in-house TPL at 1250 pesos. You could purchase online at 650 pesos through Paramount Life & General Insurance.
