The service is good especially for senior citizen,it takes around 15 min to register your car.

Fast processing 5 minutes but queuing is 1 to 2 hrs. You need to prepare Drug test and Medical results near the LTO SM. During Sundays they are closed but Drug Test lab is open to prepare yourself to renew your license on the next day. If your license will expire do it a month before your birthday so you can make an appointment early ahead of time to get your plastic licence

Why must the people travel from Toledo City and beyond to pick up their driver license at Seaside Mall . What a waste of people's time , money and not to mention more vehicles on the road . My wife waited over 8 hours in the line up because you must come early because of the crowds. Why can't you send the licenses to each city for pickup. This is so silly how you run this and very upsetting to many people that have to pick up the license.

No one answers their landline!!! Better to cut it than keep paying for it and not using it!

This place gives a face to what a government can do for you. Long queues, at the end of the day, no ID card. Are printing machines that expensive? Are ID cards that expensive? We paid for all of them, right?
