The best way to learn about Filipino foods. Very grateful to have a cooking class here. My friend and I cooked and ate like queens! We learnt lots about different ingredients and traditional ways to cook. A friendly place and no doubt I will be back. Thank you!

The cooking class we had when we stayed at Water to Forest Ecolodge was one of the highlights of our 3 weeks S.E Asia trip! We learnt so much about Filipino food and cuisine and had so much fun cooking with an excellent teacher! We also got to eat our food which was really tasty! I would recommend a cooking class as you will not regret it.

I had a great time at the cooking class! Because we did the class on a weekend we were lucky to be able to explore a local market where Jaq introduced us to a bunch of new and interesting foods. We chose ingredients according to what is fresh and in season then headed to the kitchen. Jaq is a lovely person and clearly very passionate and knowledge about cooking. Everything was absolutely delicious!! We had fun learning to make plates out of banana leaves and cooking kare-kare was a favourite. I would highly recommend you take a cooking class here for a fun activity and to learn more about local cuisine!
