We did the Thai cooking course with a variation: We asked in advance for a seafood only option and it was no problem, only a small extra cost which is understandable when you compare market prices of chicken against crab/shrimp/squid/mussels. We had a relaxed and very enjoyable afternoon with Gracie and her staff. From harvesting fresh herbs in the garden over pounding and grinding the Ingrediens to cooking it all with the right heat and exact timing, it all was a perfect experience. And the best was, that the food was sooooo tasty in the end. This is a must if you are into this kind of activity. thumbs up!

My first time to do cooking lessons and Chef Grace’s calm demeanor calmed me down and the whole setup was designed for everyone to have a great and meaningful experience. The staff is helpful, attentive and organized. And of course, the feast at the end is something to look forward to. I must add that it was such a treat to be doing it surrounded by beautiful greens and breathing in fresh air.

We took part in the Thai cooking classes provided by the very talented Chef Grace during our stay in Puerto Princesa and it was definitely a highlight! She showed us the local ingredients and cooking techniques for 5 different Thai dishes and it was very approachable for all skill levels. Chef Grace also shared some great anecdotes about the food, the Philippines, and things to do in the area as well. I would definitely recommend this for anyone that wants an authentic experience to dive into Asian cooking!

It's my first time attending a cooking class and I had sooooooo much fun! I bet I don't need to mention that since you can already see it all over my face. lol. But I had to, because I really enjoyed it, like, A LOT! We did Thai cuisine and I loved the dishes we've prepared especially the Thai Papaya Salad, I'm such a fan :) I also loved the fact that the area is open, so I really like the ambience, plus Chef Gracie and her staff were all nice, it was an amazing experience overall!
