ive been trying to get a hold of UA manila for my refund of P236,000 which was supposed to have been resolved in January by Dominic, UA mnl staff. And to this date, my card has been charged and UA refund office in the US can not assist me and telling me to contact UA manila office. Who can I contact if UA or aerotel is not responding?!

Google United offices in Manila and google shows two offices but we went to one and it has been closed for some time. We went to the other site and that office was closed too though it was on a Monday at 1100 during the normal work day. Their website refused to write a round trip ticket MNL-ROR-YAP that we need, it would write individual (very expensive) tickets but not one round trip ticket. Absolutely the worst service possible. Unfortunately only United flies that route so obviously they don’t care about good service. No idea how to get a ticket. Thanks United for three days of frustration and useless attempts to get one of your tickets.

There is no proper UNITED signage on ground floor directory, it says \AEROTEL LTD\ only. Office is very inappropriately designed, having just a lounge, no accesable staff and no access to any reservations terminals. They only support and focus on Revenue Tickets behind a locked office. Very anti-customer, unfriendly service. I suggest the Regional Mgmt takes a look at other carrier's ticket offices. Staff claims they have no outward dialing capabilities, and internet is one of the slowest experienced in Makati. Horrible, avoid if at all you can. (5 Mil Flyer)
