Thai airways is the worst airline with their own detention centers for customers, if by chance you get rejected in entering the country you have Visa for, then prepare yourself for detention in Bangkok they'll take signatures on documents that you cannot enter Thailand and also they can keep you in detention as long as they want. worst ever experience in my life.

Impossible to reach thru phone. Not everyone can fly or drive to Manila just to get their issues settled, be mindful of that. No email to contact to and their phone service is garbage.

no one answers the phone or emails. awful customer service. good luck if you have a problem. I recommend you to avoid thai airways to save a lot of nerves

After the taal volcano irruption and the flights were grounded, thai office was the only one it open the next day at their usual office times when all other airlines did their utmost to look after their stranded passengers, guys you need a serious reality check, remember airlines with attitubes such as your went bankrupt, your customer service needs a serious looking into this is the 21sr century, we do have other choice carriers to fly in

Slow service. But the agents are thorough and helpful. Got charged 20 for issuing flight tickets I reserved online.

Dirty surroundings in Paco Malate. Rooms are noisy you hear everything. TV Programs out of 13 only 5 working. Bathrooms not so clean either. Confirmation for Makati then they said I am booked in Malate so I had to take a Grab to get there around 11pm in traffic
