Went on a Sunday lunch time, we’re like the only person inside. So we got assisted immediately. Kudos to the guard on duty, he really wouldn’t let us pass without us competing the stay safe app.

Pal staff are doing their best to accomodate all passengers. It was an ordeal, it took us 6hrs to complete our rebooking.

Excellent customer service by staff. There was a long queue and waiting took quite a long time for customers to be attended to. There should be a toilet available for customers use.

conveniently located near main road but traffic is okay. parking is limited but the staff are helpful and attentive to customers needs..I always fly PAL whenever possible.
