Taxi to main entrance. Ticket checks and security. Then into waiting area. Plenty of seating and snacks available. When you're time to coach to ferry is a free for all crush sometimes hard to stay with travel companion because of crush . But one you get to your ferry just check ticket again and go on board. Porters will help you if you need . We always go tourists class. Aircon. And I have no trouble sleeping in 5 hours trip
A bit crowded but efficiently operated. Very close to the city. This is the place to go if you're travelling by ship to different island provinces.
