The Cebu City to Lapu Lapu City, vice-versa ferry boat routes have inconsistent departure times. Perhaps the most consistent departure hour is 8:00am.

Its nice big Port of Cebu city. You can book easily anywhere you Go, to bohol, surigao,CDOC and more. just Go there early because traffic are heavy when your from mid City.

There are ongoing renovations outside and I must say that the place looks better now and operations are smoother compared before. Your tickets will be checked together with a proof of identification, then you go through the security process (bag check etc), pay P25 for terminal before going inside the waiting area. A lot of food stalls are available inside but can be pricey so its best if you bring your own food and drinks.

The Cebu Port System is composed of the Cebu Baseport and its subports which are strategically located in different points of Cebu. The Cebu Baseport is composed of the Cebu International Port and the Baseport - Domestic Zone. There are five subports within the jurisdiction of Cebu Port Authority, namely: Mandaue, Danao, Sta. Fe, Toledo and Argao. Each of the subports are smaller ports that are essential to flow of domestic inter-island commerce.

It's decent but Cebu really needs bigger passenger terminals with better facilities.

Pier 3 Terminal Cebu City is where you get or buy your tickets if you want to travel to Bohol via Tubigon. It is easy to board the vessels here via Fast Cats if you have a car with you because the vessel is quite big & safer for your car. The Fast Cat can accomodate or load cars & trucks about 15 cars. The vessel sells also snacks, softdrinks, foods & coffee onboard.

a 40 minute wait in a line on the street in the rain to buy a ferry ticket to Tubigon, Bohol. 250p person 50p terminal fee. (different ferry companies have different rates) Inside the terminal itself is a waiting area with not enough seats and the walk way is full of people standing. terminal has fan/aircon.

The place has been significantly improved by the recent renovation. The terminal is now air-conditioned, and I like how they placed the restaurant at the loft, which provides a good view while you're eating and relaxing. I also like the children's play area, although it did look a bit filthy the last time we were there in mid-December 2016.
