It's not so well known yet so lines are really short. I need a reimbursement of a transaction that happened last May but nothing is done with this issue. It's been three months. Then they changed their phone numbers with out information, so I have to go there but issue not resolved. Waste of time and effort.

I swear I'll never ride PAL anymore. I made a mistake buying a ticket and only writing the first of a compound name of a passenger (e.g. John Paul, I typed Paul and didn't see John) and when I wanted to correct it, they charged a penalty of P2,000 for correcting the name of a person because it's their \policy\. FU and you policy.
Well accommodated. The service personnel on ticketing are very helpful.
