A good 15 minute uphill walk from capitol grounds, the restaurant is airy and was renovated. The place used to be called Leo's Place and the management hasn't replaced the signage yet. We ordered seafood ramen good for two and matcha milktea. The ramen satisfied our cravings and was affordable compared to the coconut milk versions in downtown cdo. Milktea was also good. We will definitely come back soon.
