Tiny Kitchenette

This is my first time to buy spaghetti boxes in Sucat. I purchased around 200pcs, but they gave me two different kinds, one was so bad quality, the paper was thin and not sturdy , no bending lines, and after packing the food, the boxes leaked seriously. At that time I didn't have choice I only can use them all. It felt like I was cheated because 95% of the product were unusable. I reported to Sucat thru Viber, even I provided pictures, there was no response for 3 days. I had to ask response every following day. Today I just got the reply from them: \ Maam laminated naman po yung noodle box and spag white namin pwede sya sa mga may sarsa pero dapat consume po agad\ there was not even an apology. I can't accept this explanation. First, I bought many times this kind of box from others suppliers and packed the same food, but this is the first time happened. 2nd, Sucat didn't explain why there are two very different quality of box in the same pack, the bad quality were leaking seriously but regular quality were fine without leaking. 3rd, my clients ate the food within 30 minutes not after 4 hours. So Sucat's explanation is not reasonable. For this case, it's showing Sucat they have very bad customer service and bad product. I will not purchase from Sucat again. I won't recommend them to my friends.

Well stocked and super good selection at really great prices. Service is also very efficient and very friendly! Parking is a challenge (1 and a half slot), but there is a parking attendant who tries his best to give you parking.

I tried contacting them multiple times this week. I texted them on their mobile number, messaged them on viber and on messenger but I haven't received any responses at all. I even tried calling them 3 times, but they're also declining my calls. They should've just answered NO to all of my inquiries, yet you're ignoring my messages. I thought Sucat Packaging was a trusted supplier, but how can your clients trust you when your giving them BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE?

One stop shop, almost all your needs are available here especially if you have a food and merchandise business. This place is accessible for me because it's 30 mins drive from my place rather going to Divisoria. The prices are reasonable at they sell as an wholesale price. I highly recommend these store to all costumers who have businesses like mine.
