Sorry for giving 1 star the day I posted my review.. After waiting 2 -3 days, I received an email from the agent.. in short, the products were delivered. Now, I suggest to my fellow consumers/buyers online to order directly to the company like Greenpak... much cheaper. I really saved more compare to the same product I ordered from Lazada.

WARNING THIS MAY CONTAIN FULL DISSATISFACTION REVIEW The staff and management is kinda unbelievable. They are not accepting clients who are in the printing industry nor advertising media, though we have different LOB's. I am an entrepreneur, we are doing customize shirts and we need paper bags for the packaging of our clothing line. The main reason why we are there in the first place. And guess what? Their staff told us, \We are not allowed to entertain people from printing industry nor advertising industry.\ How rude! They even told us that, what they need to talk with, is the end user client (which is US).My husband and I were really offended. We are the client and yet they are telling us(my husband and I) that they can't accommodate us since our business is related to printing, regardless what we are selling and printing even if it is a document printing which is far from their LOB. And I was like , \What?\ , additional to that staff said \As long as you are related to printing and advertising industry we cannot accommodate you. That's our boss' order.\ This is ridiculous. I don't know what their boss is up to. But frankly it seems that they don't need clients. I am writing this review with full dissatisfaction and for behalf of other clients. Do not waste your time to visit this place. FYI the reason why we are looking for paper bags because we are going to open a branch of our clothing line in Camsur. Unluckily they didn't even bother to ask why we are there. Their first question is \What is your business?
