We went there because we liked to buy airconds and other home appliances in DuEkSam. But honestly DuEkSam in Mactan has less items compared with other DuEkSam we know elsewhere. The Razada Plaza itself is an old and dirty Plaza. Not maintained at all. Problem with parking as well.
