Cabinet bought was not assembled upon delivery (as agreed) so I have to pay another person to do the job. When we were trying to get it assembled we noticed that part of the cabinet was damaged. I reported the incident to CW, they were willing to exchange the item but I have to pay a huge amount for the transportation fee. So I requested for a discount instead which they disagreed.

Worst store to get your home needs. We came to this store on Jan. 11 to have a screen window panel installed in our window. The person we spoke with (I think his name was Sonny) took my name, address, and phone number and said that someone will call me within 3 days to set-up an appointment to come to my place to measure the window, quote the price and we'll go from there. It's now Jan. 23 and no one has called yet. Very unreliable and can't be trusted.

I'm having new countertop and cabinets installed at my kitchen, and I bought all the needed materials at CW Depot. The staff are polite and very accommodating. At first I went to their Ortigas branch, along Julia Vargas, but I missed out on some of the items so I dropped by their other branch in Manila Bay, along Macapagal Blvd, which is near my office. They literally got everything you need when you want to renovate your home. Although, I personally prefer their Ortigas branch, mainly because it has these food stalls inside where one can take a quick bite, or you may also opt to go outside, there are a number of restos located right beside the building.
