Well, pretty much, the place is fairly peaceful and free from extreme air pollution (smoking should be prohibited) except the neighbors who're boisterous at times when they're holding parties. The guards are too lenient, when they should diminish the entry of outsiders who'd turn out to cause trouble (thievery/disturbance of homeowners) and nuisance noise within NHA premises. And clearly, what's indicated here about the place is a COMPLETE MISINFORMATION. there's no NHA office here. It's the actual residence. The location must be redirected elsewhere.
