The water of san pedro has only limited supply. At morning we dont have water until night.

No adequate water supply.. only provides very limited time.. like you only provided 3 hours and then now you just only provide 1 hour supply of water per day.. then the flow looks like only a drop of baby's urine.. can you please fix this..
Very poor service... No announcement of water inturption. But when it comes to collecting payments they ate so strict. Pooooor service
Difficulties in calling Custoner Service numbers, ringing, hang up then deadtone. Hello! Are you there? Please Try to add manpower to answer calls promptly or try to replace inefficient employees. Customers deserve your service...a better service...hope the best service.

The worst ever! I was paying my bill a while ago. Firat and foremost, we did not get our bill. I did try to call them during the billing date. When I went to their customer service office a while ago I just found out that they just let the phones ring while they were busy doing their chitchats!!!! Been calling them for a month!!!!! The worst service ever!!! Nakakatakon sobra! They even had me pay additional 300 pesos(more than a month's payment for our consumptio, we pay less than 200 a month) for cutting out water line, which in the first place should not have been done because we did not receive the bill!!
