i purchased turbo broiler the body suddenly break on the first time that we used it the crack keeps on growing as we continue using it, i tried to avail the warranty but unfortunately it is not covered, the dealer said i have to buy for the replacement.

I brought our induction cooker here for checkup/repair last Dec. 11, 2019, and only got it back last Jan. 24, 2020. As a brief background, on Jan. 11, 2020 (a month after and it still wasn't repaired), I had to call Joel S., the area coordinator, for a followup. He agreed that the service center's repair was taking too long. He requested for a priority delivery for the replacement board, and it took a week for the service center to receive the replacement board. If I did not personally conduct a followup, I think that this would still be unresolved as of today, Feb. 5, 2020. The repair service took too long, the staff were so unpleasant, especially Henry, who had the audacity to tell me to buy from their store next time and not from other retailers so that I can avail of faster warranty claims. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Joel S. recommended a different Imarflex service center in Mandaue, who he claims processes warranty claims and repair services more efficiently. I have yet to hear from him for the address and phone #. I will post it here when he sends me the information. Thank you and sorry for this long review.

I'm not sure if their prices are lower compared to the department stores or other appliances dealer but you get to see the complete line of Imarflex products all in one place and even a few other brands! They service all kinds of Imarflex units.
