More than 300k worth of items were bought from their store. When they arrived for shipment, a lot were missing. Instead of being able to save, more was paid because of the lack of items. When we got their to retrieve said items, they wont refund or give them to us. Takes forever! Bad service!!!!

Inventory: They seem to have everything for hotel, restaurant, culinary, and home cooking needs. They also have kitchenaide stand mixers which cost roughly the same as in Amazon but with 220V. They both have high quality and low quality items. If you can't find what you're looking for in this store, the next store maybe has it, but I think this is the biggest in the street. There are at least 5 stores similar to this. Place: The place is quite unkempt and disorganized, probably because of too much inventory with limited space. You just have to be careful about pulling anything from underneath as you could pull out a snake or a rat. Location: It's quite easy to find as it is located in one of the busiest parts of Quiapo. If you are coming from Quezon City, go down Quiapo ilalim and go right. It's a few steps from Quinta Market. If you Are coming from Manila City Hall, you could take Santa Cruz and get down Carriedo, then walk or take a trisikad or trisikel. If you bought something substantial, you could hire one of the trisikads or trisikels to get to LRT or main roads. I bought this 4 inch chopping board that is made of sampalok tree, which was not available from Lazada's local suppliers and will need to be shipped from China or Vietnam. Luckily, they have it.
