They follow strictly service appointment on first come first serve schedule. The service is great. The \health\ of the vehicle is explained in details.
I previously reviewed this branch positively and with 5 full stars even but now I'm changing my mind due to my last experience yesterday. The head mechanic if that's what he's called told me I can't watch my car being serviced up close from their work area but only from about 20 feet away where I can't verify if they're really replacing parts and tightening up screws, etc. They are also a LOT faster now that I'm watching them than before when they just made me sit on the couch and watch TV but the service took a few hours! They also have refused to give the service passport a few times because of the \warranty\ of certain parts they replaced beforehand but my mom took it before leaving yesterday on our last visit there but not without a lengthy tug-o-war of some sort as they tried to deny having the passport but failed in the end. I swear that was going to be our LAST visit. Their staff also finds a way to MAKE FUN of watching over your car closely while it is your right to do so. 0/5

Service is not so good. I'm not sure if they are really doing their job. Their paint services are outsourced. They don't have oven for repaint.
