Had fun looking for cars.. personnel were very accommodating and they offer lots of food. Kids thought all car stores are like that.
1st time having my car serviced here, the people are very welcoming and accommodating. They explained everything and made all checks. The shuttle to sm Pampanga is a godsend. I hope on my next return the service will still be as great as the first one.
The people in the service area are awesome. Upper management however is not that great.. Thus the three star rating. We purchased a vehicle from them and paid for a pricey accessory that never worked properly from the start. Management strung the issue out till the warranty ran out and would not fix or honor their warranty. We had a similar issue with a battery issue. We were sold faulty equipment and have had to fight to get them to honor their warranty. The fixed our battery issue but never did on the accessory. Even when they came to pick up the accessory the whole process from start to finish was just rude. If it were not for Jay in the service bay and what's left of the rest of the warranty I would never come back to this particular Hyundai franchise.
Try visiting weekend they serve snacks
Initially had a good experience with SA Richard (55k). I was well informed throughout the day of what was happening SA Jonar was totally the opposite. He is just bad. If I hadn’t checked after 6 hours of waiting, I wouldn’t have known they wouldn’t be able to make the repair. I eventually decided to just pull out which took another hour. While they do manage your expectation by saying “no time guaranteed” they could do better by a. Not accepting customers if they are loaded, b. Jonar could have kept his clients updated. Even by text. Won’t be coming back
Find a mechanic that you trust instead of taking it here. It would definitely save you an arm and a leg with the payments, and hopefully drive home with your car instead of in the back of a tow truck.
