The service specialist will call and advice for the development of your car. At the end of the day, you complaints are fixed and ready for release.. Thats my experience with hyundai pasong tamo.. Tried calling their contact number listed. Line rings. AVR. Line rings again. Someone picks up and puts down the line immediately. I hit redial. Same thing. Tried this about 20 times in a row since I only needed to hit redial. Not a good first impression.
we have brought our 2011 Elantra for overheating repair not once but twice already for the same overheating problem. very disappointed that our 2011 Elantra is still O-V-E-R-H-E-A-T-I-N-G they have replaced the blower, then the hose, now what???? please HELP?!?! shouldn't you guarantee your repair work??
We bought our Hyundai Accent in another dealer but we always had our service in HPT. Service advisor was professional as usual and very friendly. Staff is very accommodating. I was very impressed at personnel efficiency and courtesy; and more importantly, the small extra services I received that I did not experience in other dealers. U-turn from Edsa to Pasong Tamo is kinda tricky. Just be careful not to do a left turn thru the tunnel.
