Worst experience. This was our first time to avail of the their free maintenance. We entered the office and was forwarded to their service area. We were told to wait. We've been waiting for 2hrs no one was telling us what to do and to our surprise we were not part of the queue since the car should be inside their maintenance area. We parked our car in front to inquire on what to do first. Dissatisfied and disappointed.
