For the last 6yrs i do my regular PMS with Hyundai Bacolod. I am always reminded thru text by their personnel of my next scheduled visit. Staff are always accomodating and professional in handling their clients.

Both service and marketing personnel are Accomodating and Service- Oriented. Hope some delays on the parts that were included with warranty were not their fault but with their main office... Routine change oil and check - up of vehicle were done orderly and they send notice for schedule.

I requested for a regular maintenance service appointment and I had my unit serviced last January 15, 2018. Don, the service staff was very accommodating. The Jet Service was great! I am absolutely satisfied. My commendation. Thank you HBI.
I can only give 3 stars due to less than enthusiastic sales staff. On 3 occasions there was nobody on reception and the sales staff did not go the extra mile to know about my requirements etc. That aside they are selling good value quality cars.

Service is inconsistent. Sometimes PMS is exceptional; other times, it sucks. My latest experience was last week and it was terrible. The wheels werent checked for proper pressure; the exterior showed signs of grease even after the car was washed. Interior was still dirty even if they claimed to have cleaned it. It was just poor customer service.
Very helpful and accommodating staff and service crew. Great after sales service.
