Bataraw Falls located at Dibay Calayan , Cagayan.It may too far at Cagayan.because you have to take a boat to reach the place and it is more called Babuyan Island which is farthest north of the Philippines but still a very beautiful place to be it's full of life everything one wants to live, and natures at is best.As you can see few tourist has yet visited the area.
