My niece was brought to this hospital. They stayed in isolation room for less than 5minutes. They are asked to pay Php 1,200.00 for that usage plus Php1,200 for check up. Take note, thier isolation room has no bed or chairs. Literally, it is just an empty room. We paid for test results but they refused to give it to us not unless we go back to them, pay another Php 1,200 for check up fee to have thier doctors read it. Laboratory fee is so expensive compared to other private hospitals like Medical City. Overall, pricey and it's not worth it. They have some unprofessional staffs too.

My wife is 8 months pregnant and came in with severe head ache and was told to wait 2 hours for a OB.... Do you know what Pre-eclampsia is? HIRE TRAINED STAFF.

Doctors advertise the wrong hours. Completely wasted my time and effort coming here from Subic. Very unprofessional. Go to another doctor instead.

billing/hmo dept. you suck! The look on thier faces, as if they're tormented when you ask questions. They don't smile even a bit. I hope the management would give you seminars or courses about customer service.
