Went back here yesterday to have my mom checked. The people that I asked here was very accomodating and helpful. Though the waiting time here is a bit long my mom waited from 1:45 - 4:40pm because the doctor wasn't available and she finished her check up and lab test around 6-6:30pm. If you have HMO make sure to process/ get approval ahead of time so you can get appointment early. Also, as per the staff if you have Maxicare for your HMO for Mon-Fri affiliated doctors are only available from 8am-3pm and weekends until 8pm.

Some Staff in emergency, loves to chitchat while inserting an iv, and they inserted the needle wrong and pass you to someone else who can. No professionalism. Not focus on work. Some doctors, prefer their outside work schedules and they dont show timely concern for their patients situation. I use to go here since its convinient, but due their staff and doctor's attitude, i think its more of a hassle and a waste of time.
The Canteen doesn’t have sanitation and more flying flies due to exposed tray with empty food or garbage food
Very clean. The best lab techs! Dr. Louie Lantana is a very good surgeon. He performed an appendectomy and gall blader surgery on 2 of my loved ones. Such a deft surgeon!
I have been consulting my endocrinologist for more than 2 years at this hospital. I appreciate the attentive and patient HMO office staff and laboratory personnel who assist me during my visits. Best to call first to inquire if they have the medical equipment using the hotline before making the trip, they have most of the basic machines, but being a new hospital, may not have the more specialized equipment.
This hospital is the worst. I had my COVID swab test on July 9 and it’s been 6 days but they still haven’t released the results. I have been calling them for updates but they are not responding, at all. They do not care about their patients. Do not go to this hospital. Take your money elsewhere.
My daughter got admitted for 4 days due to asthma. The room was very spacious, bright and clean. I had a good window view and the bathroom was big. The nurses were very caring, gentle and compassionate. Meals were satisfying and interesting. Sheets were changed everyday and cleaning done daily. Although there was something wrong with the TV screen. But overall good hospital
