All sales and customer service personnel have poor customer service. They only attend to regular customers (builders, architects etc) first time customers (first time home owners that needs repair, like me) would have a very bad experience choosing the right product in building a home. Staff are seen chatting amongst themselves and not attend to customers waiting. There's no process when you come in, one is not directed where to go nor asked what one is looking for.

Visit frequently and is a go to place for supplies needed to maintain facilities at our rental units. They have items from the luxurious aka expensive ones, median or best value for your buck and the cheapest - disposable types.... they also have some hard to find items such as plumbing adapters in stainless steel..
This place is like a toy store to me. For people who are nerds for tools, hardware, and DIY, you'll find almost everything you need here. You'll also find things that you don't need and will still walk out of the store with. Binondo will always be my disney land of hardware, fancy building materials, fixtures, and power tools but if you want comfort, easy parking, and you don't mind paying a bit more, then this place will get your fix.

This place is the best Wilcon I have been to. It has everything and then some more. You could spend hours here... and a lot of money. It truly is a one-stop-shop for all your housing supply needs. They are also one of the most safety conscious places I've been to during the COVID crisis. Really setting the bar for retail businesses in the Philippines.
