John and Alvin were lifesavers for me!! This was quite the journey to get apple to agree to fix the battery but the guys pushed and helped me get it sorted and managed to do it in super quick time. Brilliant service. Thanks so much

We recently had an iMac LCD issue and was entertained professionally by this service center. They gave 6-8 weeks turnaround time (protocol I believe) and was able to replace the screen and release it in 7 days. Would recommend setting an appointment via Apple Support so they can accommodate you without issues. Kudos to John for being fair and following the policies, very professional and helpful.
