We recently had an iMac LCD issue and was entertained professionally by this service center. They gave 6-8 weeks turnaround time (protocol I believe) and was able to replace the screen and release it in 7 days. Would recommend setting an appointment via Apple Support so they can accommodate you without issues. Kudos to John for being fair and following the policies, very professional and helpful.
