nagpunta ako dito para magpapalit ng simcard, gusto ko ng ipa-LTE yung simcard ko kasi bago phone ko, I actually forgot na kailangan pala i-backup yung mga contacts bago kunin, may staff sila na napaka maldito, actually MALDITA pala kasi bading sya, I felt discriminated after he didn't accept my simcard right after ko i-backup yung mga contacts ko, sabi nya may error daw yung number ko, eh NI HINDI NYA NGA NALAMAN YUNG NUMBER KO DAHIL DI NYA PA TALAGA AKO HINAHARAP, ang tagal ko nag hintay, more than an hour, ni hindi manlang nya ako na-accomodate just because may customer na yayamanin sa itsura na nagpapa-assist sa kanya kahit na tapos na yung term nya dahil TERM na ng number ko, tawag nya sa isa, MAM with matching po at opo pa, then tawag nya sakin ATE?! walang galang kausapin, INI-INSIST NYA NA MAY ERROR DAW KAHIT NA DI NYA PA NAKUHA OR NA-CHECK MISMO YUNG SIMCARD KO.... bakla yung staff, sana ma-TRAIN nyo sya ng maayos! nakakabastos saka nakakasayang ng oras pumunta sa inyo!!!!!
