I have never seen such a vast throve of cultural Filipino treasure (antiques etc) such as the artifacts here collected throughout the years by the Ruiz family. The house is actually the ancestral home of the grandparents of Sarangani Board Member Dr. Tranquilino Ruiz who migrated to this seaside town of Glan more than a century ago. It would be best to have the good doctor give you a tour of the rooms himself since each relic, each mounted piece, each art work, each furniture, or building part has their own interesting story to tell.
