My first time in this location to buy materials for house construction. . Staff are very helpful and accommodating . Delivery took over a week . Poor management when it comes to customer service. WHY? Here's why.... . SO MUCH TIME WASTED The moment you pick the item you want on the floor display, they will tell you... they are out of stock or the item was not enough in the warehouse. So I need to find another item or product with the amount I need. That means... I have to start all over again looking for items closer to my first choice. Same thing with my second choice..... they're out of stock! It was soooo time consuming and so disappointing. I wish they place a red tag that would say \OUT OF STOCK\ OR LOW IN STOCK. At least We as customers are AWARE, so we can move on to the next item/product. Instead of wasting so much of our time. For returned Items.... INVOICING is also time consuming, it's like going around the loop. The MANAGEMENT could have done much better. Because Wilcon is not only serving the locals but also foreigners and balikbayans. Hoping for some changes with your customer service.

Pozzi Promodizer is very helpful in assisting me looking for alternatives for accessories i.e. screw bolts for Pozzi toilet bowl as the installed bolts were severely corroded. I wonder why Pozzi won't sell accessories as I surprise they can easily corroded after 3 years since installation.
