The sashimi roll is one of the best rolls I've had and possibly the best takeout roll I've ever had. I was really surprised with the quality given I ordered for takeout sushi. They loaded it up with a ton of masago on top, and didn't skimp. In fact this is the only roll I needed in hindsight! Recommend. The place was empty when I went in, so please support these guys. Super good food and early with my takeout. I will go back.

TOMO is one of our favorite Japanese restaurants. We've been going there for years and it's been very consistent, very family oriented and a friendly well trained staff. We have support dining establishments like these in these trying times.
We are at present on a 3 weeks vacation in Manila, Philippines. Some close relatives treated us for lunch Tuesday, January 14, 2020, at the Tomo Japanese Dining, 137 Araullo, San Juan, Metro Manila. The food is authentic and very good. We had ordered and enjoyed numerous dishes. The only comment I can make is that the deep fried salmon skin was a little greasy. The personnel are very helpful, attentive and professional. Very highly recommendable.

Personally love all the food here. Oyster and seaweed rice are MUST TRY!! Ambience is perfect for a warm dinner. Recently, they also added a new diner - YAKIMONOYA - for grilled food!
