I recently ordered from Australia and honestly I was very impressed by their product range and their customer service. Overall they are fantastic and efficient and I really appreciated their updates, pictures and also confirmation every step of the way! Their website and payment system is also really great which made everything so easy specially for overseas customers like me. My sister received the flowers and she loved it - the flower arrangements were beautiful! Will definitely use Evy's next time for sending flowers to my loved ones in the Philippines! I highly recommend Evy’s! I wanted to send my childhood best friend something because her father just passed away. So I went to look for a flower shop that can fulfill the order same day. I missed the cut-off but kind of insinuated and asked Evy’s if it’s possible to get it to her same day. They were honest and told me that they won’t be able to since I ordered way past the cut-off —which I understood. They promised to deliver it first thing in the morning. And, they did! My friend was even asleep when they brought the flowers and it made her day when she woke up, she said. This will definitely not the last transaction I will make with them. I once ordered a bouquet of flowers for another friend who was going through so much from another flower shop and had a very bad experience with them. So, I am very glad to have found Evy’s!!! Their customer service is top notch! They follow order requests and never made me feel like I’m a nuisance (I can be makulit). They reply to my queries amicably and promptly. Very professional!!!
First, before I say anything, I would like to assure you I am a genuine customer. My overall customer experience when using Evy’s Flower Shop was outstanding. I added items to my initial order, and this was done with out any problems at all. I received a photograph of the accompanying card which I was extremely pleased with, lovely card and text was in a beautiful script font. On the day of delivery, the recipient was at work and the flowers were taken to her there which was done without any problem for the delivery person at all. I was then emailed a photograph of the recipient receiving their flowers and gifts which was really nice to see. Staff are courteous, polite and you are made to feel that nothing is too much trouble. I will definitely be using Evy’s Flower Shop again in the future and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
It's my second time here but this time its a regular day. The service is good. Though the flowers aren't fresh and not as much options compared to Valentine's day. Maybe when you call and do reservation they can provide a fresher looking flowers and all the varieties. I recommend checking them out.
Evy's Flower Shop was very professional and provided excellent service. Their website was easy to follow and to order from. They assisted me with my order through Facebook Messenger and promptly responded to my messages. They also informed me immediately of the delivery of my flowers by providing a photo of the flowers themselves, and the signed delivery receipt. The arrangement itself was absolutely stunning. This was the first time flowers were delivered that looked identical, if not more beautiful, than the photo in the website. Thank you Evy's Flower Shop! I will most definitely order from you again!
I LOVE Evy's Flower Shop! I'm from the United States of America (Maryland) I have a GF/Fiancee from The Philippines. I ordered Valentine's Day Merchandise for her, and on the same day they delivered it to her address only after like 2 hours. I give Evy's Flower Shop 5 Stars, and I would give 10 Stars if I could.
