Not very happy with the customer service and product. The flowers I ordered for my mother-in-law's birthday did not arrive as expected (not even close to the picture on the website). I understand availability of certain flowers are seasonal, but they were nowhere near the presentation as pictured on website: it's the bouquet called \Love Bloom\. I also bought a vase plus a small box of Ferrero Rocher. Sadly, the flowers did not arrive in a vase. I could have been told that it was not available so I could get a refund. Responses from company are very slow. With the money I paid, I was not very satisfied with product and service. Such a shame, it could have been better.

Ordered for Valentines Day from Dubai to the Philippines and my mom received her Tulips early and it made her very very happy! Thank you so much for such an easy customer experience. Was worried about the order at first with all the mixed reviews and was relieved to see it made it to her!

Another Update: This is one true example of expectation vs. reality. Please see the actual delivered flower and the one shown on the website. And when I reported it they said they will not give me any refund. Even their after sales are very bad. I am so disappointed! Update: The delivered flowers are of very low quality and so much different from the one shown on the website! I felt so embarassed when the recipient got it! This is really a scam! Please do not buy from this website! I want a refund of my money!!! I am so disappointed. I ordered flowers online last Tuesday, 12-Feb, but until now I have not received any confirmation. And the cost was already charged on my credit card. Florista.ph, I want a refund! Or deliver the flowers before 3pm today, 14-Feb.

Ordered for Valentine's Day for my wife. Valentine's day passed and the flowers didn't arrive. It is already February 15 and the flowers are still no where to be found. Really hard to reach them. They are not prompt in replying to emails. They aren't answering my phone calls. Seriously, avoid at all costs.
