I ordered a new home fiber 10 days ago, I am still waiting for their reply and installation. Today is Friday evening!!! After several attempts to call, they sent me sms promising yesterday to contact me within 24 hours. No one did. What kind of company and service is this! I should have gone to globe instead. 7 days maximum and cheaper. But Globe 20mbs and PLDT 25, 5mbs less, both same price. PLDT 36 months contract, Globe, monthly contract 4500 pesos deposit or 24 months contract half price for 6 months. Both price 1699 per month. I don't know what to do. They should have told me the process will take more than 10 days and no one replied to my email or messages.

This another building of PLDT namely the Makati General Office. Opposite to the business center. No wheel cbair access. Yea there is comfort room in the ground floor. Enquiry in the reception. Cannot acess this place directly by vehicles but to park them aside at a distance. The walkways are fully shaded with trees so needn't worry about the sun and the heat.
No wheelchair access for those who are asking. This is during a pandemic review. Everyone has face masks and face shields. No way to get here by car directly, have to park your car nearby. Better to try your luck here rather than sending a mail or calling through phone or landline regarding about your internet.
After moving out, I asked for five months, but PLDT did not connect me. When will you connect me to the Internet service?
Put in an order to transfer internet service to new address two weeks. Moved in to new unit, no transfer has been completed. Contacted PLDT via Twitter, Facebook, and nothing. 171 does not work and 888.8171 is an automated system. One wonders how this company stays in business. UPDATE: Internet service has been slow for the last 3 days. Upload speed cut in half. No resolution in sight. Credit my account for the inconvenience?
