Bad Service.. Bad Experience.. Bumili ako sa kanila ng SMART HOME BOOST(PLDT) worth P1,995. Ang sabi nila 7days replacement kapag sira yung unit, nakaka 6 days pa lang yung unit nasira na,. Then ibinalik ko sa kanila ang sabi dadalin daw sa Office para macheck. 7th day ipapacheck daw sa Office nila. 8th day ipapacheck naman daw sa Smart baka SIM ang sira. 9th day ipapacheck daw sa PLDT baka Unit na ang sira hindi daw authorized si Smart magbukas ng unit. 10th day still waiting... Di ba customer naapektuhan sa serbisyo nila.. Nasaan yung 7 days warranty sa unit. WALA..
