Today is my first time eating in pepper lunch after lockdown but I was disappointed with the poor customer service. I ask for the salty sauce politely, first with a girl staff, second with a guy staff. But I haven't receive anything until I finished my food. Not sure if it is unavailable or intentional. So I left a note on the table highlighting that the staff should learn active listening skills. This branch is my go-to pepper lunch btw, but with this experience, might not be dining here again.

I have always loved Pepper Lunch from the first time I discovered it. I love the sizzling hot meals and the large serving. They offer a wide variety of dishes from rice meals to pastas to curries. They also have desserts and side dishes. True, it’s expensive than your usual casual dining joint, but I think it’s worth it because you get really full. The staff are all kind and friendly. The place is pretty okay but it can get really noisy. A lot of the people who eat there thinks that they are the only ones dining there. But who can blame them? It’s a pretty small space and people tend to hang around even when they’re finished with their meal. Another thing I like about this place is that they accept credit cards which is really convenient. I don’t carry large amounts of cash. So whenever I crave for Pepper Lunch, I pay with a credit card.
Raw egg served, asked if i can have it cooked i was told to mix it through my rice. I pointed to the photo of it cooked on the menu Eventually the staff cooked it...btw NO COFFEE, im not drinking pepsi for breakfast
Slow service, dirty tables, employees just hanging out in the kitchen playing patty cake.
