I was greeted and assisted by a staff immediately on this particular visit. Aside for the parking spaces outfront, there are parking spaces in the building.

It has adequate parking. Floor size and goods offered are about the same. It may depend on what you are looking for.

Very good wilcon outlet I've ever visited! Lots of stuffs to find. The store was huge and very accomodating crew. I highly recommend this place to visit when you are looking for house appliances and etc.

Security guide you courteously with Covid protocols, a pre-installed QR code reader makes this quicker.... staff are helpful most of the time and cashers are nice. As with any hardware they have most of what you need but not all so sometimes a trip to another store is necessary.....

I always leave disappointed. They never have what I am looking for. The store is huge, but everything is organized by brand, not with similar items grouped together. This makes it very difficult to compare items, if you at even able to find them. The staff are very friendly, but you will end up walking all over the store with them trying to find things. They regularly do not have what I am looking for, while Ace or True Value does. Their return policy is borderline fraudulent. They have signs saying how easy returns are, but they do not refund your money if you return the items as specified by the policy. Instead they offer only store credit. If you made a large purchase, then return it in good faith, then you have basically given Wilcon a large interest free loan. If you used your credit card, you are therefor paying a high interest rate to loan them free money. Their prices are slightly cheaper than mall hardware stores, but I find I waste a lot of time here for nothing. Don’t bother with Wilcon.
