The security guard is always nice and helpful, making it a safe place to stay. The engineers is always looking for ways to charge more when you need to fix things. The engineer would claim the parts are broken, needs to replaced with new ones. The quote is usually quite high. The engineer would left with broken parts, came back with the same parts and install. The tenant will need to pay even the parts were not replaced. This kind of dishonest gesture happened to me more than one time.

With a very wonderful place and friendly staffs , a warm and inviting ambience as one entered inside, being near a mall that is just as eclectic , I had a very wonderful experience staying for a day here. Thank you for the male staff that welcomed me, oriented me in the hotel and helped me carry my humble yet very heavy bag, but of course, all have been friendly and accommodating . my whole experience is just awesome. Hoping to back soon.
I love this place! This condo is just fantastic. Very well situated, close to everything... medical center, malls, restaurants, convenience stores, coffee shops, etc... The lobby is beautifully decorated. The staff is top notch. Everyone is so friendly, courteous and accommodating who can’t do enough to help you. Check-in was smooth. I arrived at 7am and left my luggage at the counter. I asked the guy receptionist to be very careful in handling my handbag and he put a masking tape with a label \Fragile\ on it (that was unexpected). I stayed in Knightsbridge for 19 days, which I booked online via Airbnb. The rooms are very elegant with comfy beds and the view from the balcony is superb. I got no complaints at all. I just wish I could stay longer to enjoy all the amenities. No question about recommending this condo/room to others. I will be back soon.

Awesome location in Century City, Poblacion. This is the most central district right in the middle of everything. Perfect for tourists or business travellers. Knightsbridge is a condo, but with hotel quality amenities and ambiance. Swimming pool, gym, movie room, library to name a few of the many amenities. The staff are very helpful, all have very good English and are able to communicate professionally .
I spent almost two weeks at this residence. I had very good experience with everything. The location is great because there is a shopping mall nearby with several cafe and restaurants. My apartment was comfy and quiet at night. I also enjoyed other things: a pool, a gym, a game room and a library. Definitely, will stay again when I visit Manila.
Great views and left alone by staff as like own apartment. Pool nice for a few hours as sun blocked most of day. Good facilities nearby.
My best investment ever. Great for rental business and property continues to appreciate
