NOT RECOMMENDED particularly on special occasions. Ordered more than a week in advance for Mother's day. Scheduled delivery was supposedly morning so messaged them in the afternoon and the reply was, "delivery may have delays due to high volume of orders. We will update you once received na po". I understand there may be delays but set the customer's expectation and have the courtesy to at least inform them that there will be delays. What's the point of having to select a delivery time if you don't fulfill that. Tried to contact their mobile number but cannot be reached (it's as if they intended to turn off their phone foreseeing they would receive calls from customers with the same concern). It could be that they have overbooked and just failed to accomplish the deliveries but again should have at least communicated at some point. If expecting high volume then maybe it's best to indicate a disclaimer on the website. Also tried to reach out via SMS and email but still no response. It was only delivered the following day and as expected the flowers are no longer fresh and arrangement was even different from the one advertised. Such a SCAM! Had I known this is the kind of service they provide then I would have opted for a better one!

If you have a long distance relationship like I do with the Filipino in the Philippines this place in the Manila metro area is the place to go to get your floral arrangements sent to your loved one! They are so professional they’re so careful to make sure that you know that your delivery was made and they take a picture of your loved one often times to show that they actually delivered it. They have easy payment plan through PayPal. I would wholeheartedly recommend them with a five star plus rating!

TOTAL NIGHTMARE! I ordered a bouquet for my mom and what was delivered were WILTED AND BRUISED FLOWERS. I tried resolving the issue privately but floristella's customer service is just horrible. Mobile can not be reached, messenger and viber exchanges were very slow and did not resolve anything as the agent would not let me talk to the manager. I left a comment on their instagram page in hopes of getting their attention but they decided to delete it to cover up their mediocre products and poor customer service. I would never recommend Floristella to anyone. Dont waste your time and money here.

I ordered birthday bouquet night before the d-date. Although the email address they posted where i need to send my proof of payment is not working, there were other ways to. My sister loved it! The flowers and its arrangement and colors were really pretty. The rider was very polite, too. I love your service!

Ordered Friday for a Sunday delivery (8am-1pm delivery window). It’s already Sunday at 5:33pm and no delivery yet. No feedback. No reply from their FB Messenger. No reply from their email. Their mobile number cannot be reached. So disappointed.
