Good Day! I bought this fan last February 23, 2020 just for my own consumption because I'm living alone in the bording house here at LPC. I grab the opportunity to bought it bec SM was on SALE during that time. ECQ started on the middle of March 2020 that's why the fan operating 24/7. At first of using it was good and the air was gentle \very good.\ By the middle of April I am thinking the electric fan ️ is just getting slow so I clean it, and go back again on his normal operation. Because of 24/7 operation I noticed that the fan motor getting hot and smells burning. The fan during afternoon going slow from 1st volume it will stop and I will adjust it to 2nd volume and it will run again. Eureka I think your product have problem. Super trendy style, modern, but the working condition was poor. It is very fast getting hot so maybe the wire inside is burning. Yesterday May 9, 2020 I was sleeping when the electric fan stop and when I woke up I am super wet bec of hot temperature in my room. And until now the fan is not anymore working. Hysst The hotline number at the back of the fan was different from the number here in Google maps which is which? I am going crazy because I'm alone and not allowed to go outside because of the ECQ happening so how can I contact your service providers to fix my fan. I can't sleep because of hot ️ summer. What will I do I don't know. I just charge it based from my experience. Very bad! Not highly recommended

three months ago (June), I purchased eureka 7.8kg washing machine. the moment it was tested, i hear a ticking sound, i ask the sales lady, she replied it ok, its good, its normal. Today (August) that washing machine that I bought is not working anymore, its not spinning anymore.. so disapointed
