They sell whole roasted chickens cooked lechon style in sweet (honey marinade) or pepper flavour for 200 peso each. I really enjoyed the sweet flavoured one I tried. The inevitable burning of the marinade means the wings and tail get a bit over-charred for my liking. But that aside the rest of the chicken is very tender, not too greasy and there is a pleasant sweetness on the outer parts from the honey marinade.
