Just a typical KFC store inside SM Molino. Nothing fancy or unique about it. It is perfect for those looking to feast on chicken dishes. The KFC Shawarma is also something to feast on. You may buy a meal here for as cheap as 99 pesos. There is also aseating capacity of about 30 families. :)

We order for a food panda.. We order for 8pcs bucket bundle.. But there were no gravy on it..my nieces and nephews weren't happy at all.. Grrrr..

I waited for 1 hour in line before I got to order. This would've been fine if there was like 6 or 7 people in front of me but there was only 3 people in front of me. it took 45 minutes before the line started moving again and me and the two people in front of me only took a few minutes. It's KFC so of course, the food is great but the serving time is just plain terrible.

Food and service crew are great but managers are simply dont know how to treat their customers well. I specifically ordered a thight part chicken but I was given a breast part so I asked one of the managers if they can change it. However, the manager refused to do so because may small part na balat na natanggal na daw but when it was served, ganun na talaga sya then ung manager pa ung nagdabog. I didnt get the manager's name but he's a guy na mataba na may edad na.

The branch was understaffed the moment I visited this place. I waited for more than 30 minutes in line. Then they gave me a very cute chicken. It's so small that I don't want to eat it, I wanna make it into a keychain instead. I recommend this place for people who wants \fast food\ goodies, but with slow service. Lol

Most of the time they do not have the latest on their menu (double down, zinger, crushers)... chicken is salty compared to other branches...
