Christmas is really in the air of this house. Got a chance to walk in this place. It had a lot of people taking pictures so it felt quite uncomfortable. The place brings out the child in us. Lots of christmas trees, decors, figurines and the lights. To complete the vibe, Christmas songs are played for singing along or for background while wandering around.

Every Christmas season this house is opened by Dr. Absin for public viewing for a minimal fee. Every year people flood this place mostly for pictures. Nowhere in the city (even the whole province) can you see one like this. I went here with my friends last year, I recommend you come here with your significant other. Be an instagram boyfriend to your girlfriend even just for this season. :D
I had the privilege to visit the beautiful garden even if it was not the Christmas period. The garden is so well taken care of. The enchantment should be even greater if one is visiting the place in December with the magic of the decoration. The flowers the trees the statues are already a pleasure for the eyes. So we'll taken care of! Thank you to the lady who let me visit the place. A special mention to the 2 boys who open the gate so respectful. For those interested I just learned that the Christmas house will be open to the public starting December 16th! I will go. I went one day before opening and it's wonderful fairy. Go tomorrow evening. It will be magic. I went yesterday and the fairy tale continues. To discover the interior of the house open to visitors by Dr Absin. A great personality this man an humanist a generous heart. An unbelievable visit in this house. An unbelievable number of jewel. From one room to the other treasures to discover it seems impossible to count them and probably you need several visits to admire them. Ancient paintings sculptures. Everything is accessible to the visitors including the bathroom of the Doctor. Nothing is hidden. When visiting you live a extraordinary fairy tale... thank you Dr Absin for all that... Beginning the 16th of every December the house comes to life. Kids and olds alike will experience Christmas at its best. Lights, musics and foods delight to those who come and visit the place. Entrance fee is very affordable. Your FB page will surely flood with selfies and groupies. I would say the Christmas House of Dumaguete is one of most visited places by local and international folks during holiday season.
