This is a really bad company. You will pay for service for a full month and only receive about a half month of service. No refunds. Also they promise a fast speed but it's less than half of what they sell you. Go with Converge. They have reliable service and cheaper rates.

Keeping It Real

I have had a service request since June 10–today is December 3. Do they deserve 1 Star? If I try to call the service phone number, the voice tells me that I have an open service number that they are looking into and if I would like to repeat that message, press 1. That’s it—my only choice—to listen to that recording over and over again. If I call back and request “billing,” I get the same thing. If I call back and “request new service,” the voice says to check the website and then hangs up on me. So I have to drive to this pldt office where there are 50 people waiting! Horrible, negative 0 customer service.

The car parking just for 10 car and very hard to found parking. The workers there are really friendly and they do there best to help you. Always you find a lot of people there and you need to wait 30 to 50 minutes they need to open a new center nearly.
