For your home improvement needs, this store almost has it all, from the biggest appliances to the smallest bolt, as well as tiles, bathroom fixtures, sofas and beds, decors, etc. Staff is very accommodating and will provide you with ample information on their products should you inquire. They would also recommend what to choose should you become undecided. Once, I bought a refrigerator here and it was delivered to my home in 2 or 3 days tops. Though things here are much more expensive than other stores, you can be assured of the quality they provide. Highly recommended.

Nice place to go and buy stuff. But I had issues too. Problem was when I bought tiles for my house and paid it in full so I can reserve it. But nung kukunin ko na wala na may iba na daw kumuha, nainstall na ung first batch then nagworry ako since baka wala na ngang stock, won't accept na mag iba ung design since un nga ung reason I paid it full. Cut the long story short, after some arguments may stock na ulit at idedeliver na lang daw nila. But the staff did not ask for my address also they did not explain how delivery is going to happen. Siguro kaya nagkakaproblema ung iba dahil dito. Did not wait for the next day ako nalang nag pick up para wala ng hassle. I think this happened 2x for another item For their delivery: Needs minimum purchase of 15k, also they have scheduled delivery only Thursday or Friday if tama pagkakaalala ko. Hope this helps. But I still go here if I need to buy stuff - they have 7 day return policy so that's a good thing. Always keep your receipts

Poor customer service. My wife plans to buy a fridge today, but none of the employees assist her. It is really frustrating that even the manager didn't care. If the manager didn't care what more those regular employee. I will never recommend going here. Much better you go to robinsons appliances better customer service.
